The ISLAND CURRENT FLEET had all four boats out today 6/24 bottom fishing for JUMBO PORGIES! Limits are easily being caught with all QUAILTY size fish coming over the rail. The better action has been caught on sandworms. We have been working the areas between Bayville Beach and Smithtown Bay.
Night fishing has been inconsistent with some exceptional nights and some slow ones in between. Last night 6/23 Capt. Scotty reported that John C. aboard the ISLAND CURRENT IV landed a pool winner weighing in at 28 pounds.
