OUTRAGEOUS CODFISHING 2/3 CODFISH TIME!!!! (2/3/10)

Today 2/3 the ISLAND CURRENT III departed SNUG HARBOR MARINA at 4 AM with a light crowd of steady anglers. It was great seeing my longtime buddy Upstate Jay now residing from FL. With a light crowd of only 12 fares the catches were great. Some notable catches included IC sharpie Eric Andersen from CT with 16 keepers (only keeping his limit). Steve from RI had 12 beauties, and NJ head mate DK from the Bandit IV also limited out.
The bite was SUPER in the morning on anchor until around 10:30 AM. The rest of the day was steady catching while drifting. Pool fish was caught by Eric which was weighed in at 20.3 lbs.
