Capt. Lynn is our newest member of the ISLAND CURRENT FLEET. He comes with years of mechanical and engineering background. He is a well versed skipper who spent many years on deck mating and assisting during our fishing voyages. Capt. Lynn has become a valuable asset to the ISLAND CURRENT family.

Brendan: Captain/Mate

Brendan started out aboard the ISLAND CURRENT helping Capt. Chris prepare bait. Brendan's strong work ethic and friendly personality is felt around the boat whether he is on deck or at the helm putting the customers on fish. Brendan began running the ISLAND CURRENT two years ago and is one of the youngest USCG certified Captains on the Long Island Sound. Brendan is currently enrolled in Kingsborough Community College, Marine Engineering Department.

Capt. Andrew: Capt. Andrew began his career on the ISLAND CURRENT serving as a mate for Capt. Chris. Shortly, he obtained his USCG license and began running the boat putting customers on top of fish. Capt. Andrew is a dedicated crew member who makes every effort to put fish in the boat. Capt. Andrew and Capt. Chris handle the majority of the maintence and mechanical areas of the operation.

Danny has been with the ISLAND CURRENT FLEET since the beginning. He has worked his way from 1st Mate to USCG certified Captain. Captain Chris & Capt. Danny are long time friends since they were kids working as mates aboard local party boats. Danny brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise that impresses the most diehard fisherman. Whether Danny is running the boat or working the deck, you can rest assure that your service and experience will be first class.

James has been with the ISLAND CURRENT FLEET for many years both as a mate and USCG certified Captain. He brings to the FLEET a wealth of information both inshore and offshore. Many of the Special Ocean trips are run with Capt. James at the helm or having him right besides customers landing their fish of a lifetime. Capt. James is a dedicated individual who will show you many of the secrets on landing that monster fish.

Pete has been with the ISLAND CURRENT FLEET for many years. His knowledge of night fishing is first rate. Pete is personable and comes right out on deck to give his expertise. Pete is friendly and outgoing, giving 110% on all of his voyages making them a most memorable experience.

Joined the Fleet this past fall and has been a valuable asset in his boat maintenance and boat handling skills. His upbeat personality and his patience to help clients with his years of fishing skills and secrets.

Seen many times on our night time fishing excursions. Capt. Mike loves fishing and is generally on deck helping out and gaffing fish.
