Charter Contract
ISLAND CURRENT FISHING FLEET CHARTER CONTRACT All charters require a minimum deposit of $200.00 to secure the desired date. C & C Fishing Charters Inc. must receive a deposit within 10 days after the charter date was selected. If a deposit is not received within this time, the charter date will be cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable unless notified a month in advance prior to the charter. If a charter must be cancelled, it may be rebooked. The remainder of any balance due is required on the day of the charter, in cash, company check, money order, or credit card, prior to sailing. It is customary for the crew to receive a 15% gratuity for their services. C & C Fishing Charters Inc., will give it's customers as much notice as possible for canceling a charter due to conditions such as bad weather or mechanical failure, however, the captain may cancel or modify a charter due to any unforeseen condition or event that arise at the dock or during the charter. If C & C Fishing Charters Inc., finds it necessary to cancel a charter on the sailing day, the charter can be rebooked or if not possible, will be refunded in full.
